Insigna customer service U.S. and Canada: 1-877-467-4289 id call them and see. If you goto insigna website and support and hit email can take 2 days to get a reply. Its a generic remote used by many led places. Many places sell the remote with power supply for $6 starting out just need the right plugs on power supply. Hope this helps.
