• Yes,,, it will work with any notebook/laptop device that has a USB port.

• If it has a USB 3 port, it will add 4 ports to your device. Drivers for it however, you'll need to talk with Samsung about that.

• I don't know but one of the features written in the guide states that it supports hot-swappable and Plug & Play capability, I have Windows 10 on my laptop and it works well.
