Make sure you TV port is 3.0 otherwise , it will fail with the power delivery , also use with the power supply provided on it , not plugged to the TV alone , it need to be connected with the once connected , you can restart you Tv , year from the Menu , restart not factory reset , or stand by and , finally be sure that when is plugged ,IS ONLY THE HUB. Technology of late is not as backwards compatible as we've been accustomed to having. I haven't tried to use mine with video signals, but I wouldn't anticipate it working with a television.
