• Yes just have your recipet from when you bought it online and it will be easy and worry free. I have never had a problem with Best Buy customer service

• 20 year customer of Best Buy, you should not have any problem returning for another or a refund - report any damage immediately

• If the box is obviously damaged c heck the tv and refuse it with ups.
