Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The screws used to attach the base are self tapping screws so they may be difficult to initially attach the stands with. The screws should not be protruding in any way though, make sure you are getting them securely screwed into the stand to rectify this issue. The picture quality is mostly going to be determined by the source device you are connected to. To get the best picture, be sure you are connecting to your devices with HDMI cables, and that those devices are set to send out a high definition signal. Connecting another TV to this same signal would result in seeing the same image.
