“Did anyone else have issues with screws for the base? Did anyone else have a problem getting the screws screwed fully into the bottom of the base? The screw heads stick out further than the plastic "feet" on my set, scratching up the top of my tv stand and creating a balancing issue. It appears that the plastic part of the stand hadn't been threaded well --or at all--and it was very difficult to get them sunk. I purchased on Black Fri since the Toshiba set was gone and now I'm regretting not going with the smaller 1080 Samsung...it's an okay-ish picture,nothing great, but my real issue with set up was in the screws and the stand. I'd like to know if this is a common issue because I'm considering exchanging vs returning to get something else with a better picture.”

• I did not have any issues with this. However those screws are very easy to cross thread.

• It comes with a couple sets of screws. Double check you used the right set? They seemed to fit good after I grabbed the correct ones !

• The screws used to attach the base are self tapping screws so they may be difficult to initially attach the stands with. The screws should not be protruding in any way though, make sure you are getting them securely screwed into the stand to rectify this issue. The picture quality is mostly going to be determined by the source device you are connected to. To get the best picture, be sure you are connecting to your devices with HDMI cables, and that those devices are set to send out a high definition signal. Connecting another TV to this same signal would result in seeing the same image.
