“I made an MP4 video to view on this TV. and formatted a USB drive to FAT32. loaded the video on flash drive, inserted into TV, can't play it. Please help”

Upon reviewing the Insignia™ - 40" Class N10 Series LED Full HD TV's manual, you can connect a USB drive to the TV to browse photos, but MP4 videos are not supported. For more details, please refer to the user manual (select features > manual), go to page 16, under the "connecting a USB flash drive" section.
