Try to press several times the "Aspect" key on the remote.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I was originally only able to access "normal" and "wide" on my TV. "Zoom" and "Cinema" were not available by pressing ACC / aspect several times as claimed by Insignia support. Come on guys know your stuff!! The manual was not helpful either, except for stating you had to go to the Picture menu and then to Advanced settings. From there when I turned "overscan" to on, only then was I able to have access to all of the aspect ratio modes. But then when I changed the picture settings, i.e. standard, vivid, movie, custom, game, only normal and wide were available again. I had to turn overscan to on for each picture setting, and then I could hit ACC / aspect and it would go to each setting with each press of the button. I was all ready to return this TV due to not being able to use the Zoom feature. I'm glad I didn't rely on the Insignia staff or manual and figured this out, because it's a really good TV. Good luck!
