“I have it all set up and had a universal remote and it will not let me select English. It just sits there doesn’t do anything. Should I be using the remote that comes with it or the universal remote that comes with the cable? Neither remote works.”

• use A roku remote make sure the device is plugged into the tv thats what i have.
