How do I get rid of the ladies voice? null

Press the Menu button on the remote, go to Accessibility and set Voice Guide to Off.

I did not like that either. Go into the menu and settings and turn it off. I use Alexa with a programmable Alexa compatible remote to control my Insignia TV or any TV I wish to use.

There is in settings I believe under audio for voice guidance off
