It’s in your settings, when I set mine up, I answered no to all closed captions and audio descriptions. Please use the TV remote control and follow these steps to turn off this feature: Press MENU. Press the right or left arrow to highlight ACCESSIBILITY, then press ENTER. Highlight Voice Guide and press ENTER. Use the right or left arrow to select OFF and press ENTER. Press EXIT.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.That happened to me before. If I recall I pressed one of the color buttons on the remote and it would go off. It would only happen in certain channels so I think I accidentally pressed the button while using the remote.
