Can I wireless cast from a surface to this tv? null

Try to use a Wireless Display Adapter like the Model: UTH-0000 or a Chromecast device.

If your Surface has the feature, and I'll assume it does, then the answer is YES. I cast to it from simple Insignia 2 in 1 tablet type devices running bare minimum WIN 10.
