I can’t seem to get my remote to work. I have tried taking batteries out and putting them back. I have tried pushing the home button on the remote but the only function the remote will operate is the on/of control. null

Is there anything in front of your tv? How far away from the tv?  Have the geek squad check it out.

I could not get the remote that came with it to work either. So I bought a insigna universal remote to use with it and that has been great
