Yes - the Comcast process was pretty clear and Comcast has a video to walk you through it. Connecting to an older surround sound system was a chore though. Best Buy online and phone support couldn’t figure it out but a geek squad person came to my house and figured it out in less than 10 minutes

I have directv and I programmed the remote to use the majority of the functions i needed, except to switch inputs. I cannot get my directv remote to switch back to Amazon input.
