Do the speakers face the front or are they located on the back or bottom of the TV? Would I need a sound bar or is the sound quality decent? Thanks. null

The speakers are underneath. I use it for my bedroom without a sound bar. Its loud enough for me it goes up to 100

Speaker are ok. We use in the bedroom and it has plenty of volume. Sound bar would be a nice upgrade but not needed. Speakers are at bottom.

Built-in speakers are generally fine for most TV on economy devices such as these in any room where a 43" is sufficient. However, if you want to watch action movies (Star Wars, Dredd, Avatar, etc.) or listen to music, which make more use of dynamic sound and are geared toward more exacting hearing, a sound bar or more is suggested.
