“I bought the Insignia 43 inch TV 1080P a while back and having a problem. Everyday while I am watching television it will freeze frame. It is not raining, it is pretty outside and it still gives me freeze frame for a couple of seconds. What is wrong?”

My home TV has done this and the cable company informed me, it is the HDMI cable. I unplug it and then it works. My home TV is a different brand.
