“I have a NS-43D420NA20 connected direct from cable outlet to TV, no cable box. For some reason the 1080 channels are terrible. Skin tones are blue (look like the smurfs) and all text on the picture are backwards. Do i need a firmware update?”

• Hi I am having the same issue people are blue and the picture is fuzzy. I tried looking up the manual and cannot find for serial number given. Help.

• most cable companies now you need an HD cable box that is why you picture is horrible.
