What is an IPS Panel? That does not answer his question. And on your Insignia website, this models says contrast ratio is 5000:1 but Best Buy says 1000:1. Which is correct?

On BestBuy site it says 1000:1 but if you look up this model number on the manufacturer site, it says it is 5000:1. https://www.insigniaproducts.com/pdp/NS-43D510NA21/6398123 Does anyone have the box to look and see who is correct? Is it 5000:1 or 1000:1 because either Best Buy is wrong or the Manufacturer site is wrong (and that seems less likely)? Thanks.
