Just bought. The aspect ratio does not fit the tv. In all settings, wide, normal, etc. the left and right sides are cut off no matter which combo. If i use zoom, it even worse. I put another insignia tv on the cable box and no problem. Try next? null

I tried the channel selection you recommended. However, i cannot select “channels”. It skips over channels both left and right. Try next?

I had no picture problems with my Insignia TV

Press the Menu button on the remote > go to Channels > and set Auto Aspect Ratio to Off.
