Can this be connected to a fire stick? null

You would need the Fire Stick plugged into the TV and then you can either go from the TVs HDMI (ARM/ eARC) port/ Optical/ or Aux ports to the soundbar. To get that full Dolby Atmos effect you want to use HDMI.
