“can I use it outside in my outdoor kitchen and how much clearance I need to leave for ventilation behind the fridge, or should I add an opening in my bar for a vent? will it be too hot outside (SC) in the summer for this fridge? thanks”

I wouldnt put it outside. It's not designed for outside use. Thr loeer back where the temputarue knob is located is exposed. The electricsl compoonents arent weatherproof. I dont the think compressor can handle the extreme temperature conditions.
