The reason you have a 12 to 16 mm length is because spacers may be required.
On curved TV's they recommend using spacers.
I recommend using spacers as it gives you a great cable management place to tie your cables to!
A:AnswerPress the plus or hold the button and ask Alexa to turn the sound up. If it's hooked to your Alexa dot/echo disconnect it or it will play through that instead of the tv
A:AnswerUse hdmi to connect your cable to the tv. Then go to the hdmi number on the TV home screen input section. Make sure the hdmi number is same as where the cord is at the back of the TV.
A:AnswerMake sure you have everything plugged in correctly to the side or back of the TV for your DVD player and then use the remote to say switch input and switch to the proper input. The various inputs are all listed on the main home menu. Use the remote wheel to click through. If you don't see it on the TV screen, just scroll to the side or down to see the input switch.
