“We've had this dehumidifier for about a year. I didn't use it this year until yesterday, and now the fan runs but the compressor doesn't. There are no error codes. Humidity display is 65 and I have it set to 50. Is there a way to do a "hard reset"?”

Instructions guide says that anytime you unplug it automatically will reset. In case if that's not working set the timer off, adjust manually by pressing +or-. Buttom. Hopefully this will help you.
