I’m not gonna chop my cord up but I have #8 wire here and they are equal in size so I’d say your safe at assuming 8

What I can tell you is that I replaced my 10-ft. commercial-grade 24 AWG cable with this 12-ft. Insignia cable, using it between my Blu-ray player and overhead projector. I am projecting onto a 136" diagonal screen with absolutely no loss in resolution or performance. I hope that helps.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The rating is not listed on the box, specs from manufacturer's web site, or on the cable itself (just "High Speed HDMI™ Cable with Ethernet"). So, it at least conforms to HDMI 1.4. My guess is that it is a 28 AWG cable (16-foot maximum run). You'll have to contact Insignia for details.
