• Yes! you can change that in the settings... i think my husband found it in our cable settings.

• This Insignia 65" Class (64-1/2" Diag.) LED HDTV has a refresh rate of 120 Hz. Earlier models were 60 Hz, sounds like yours in an earlier model.
