The freezer won’t turn off and I can’t control temp null

It's a freezer! you want cold? you got it. Un plug the unit for drainage and make sure to use an applicable surge protector. Plus it's frost free, deep with a light to boot.

On my insignia freezer I have an on off switch on the lower, right, front of the unit.
