Mine gets cold but won’t freeze not sure why null

Have you checked the dial setting? Next, is there proper clearance around the freezer? After that, I would check the vents to ensure they are not obstructed. Lastly, the area you open to pull the cord out, I would check to ensure there is nothing lodged in there either. I am not sure what else to check after that - if everything is good - something may be defective/it may be low on refrigerant.
