If your fridge doesn't draw any more starting current than this little freezer, you could probably get away with it. But it's best for your home's wiring and circuit breakers as well as the appliances if each compressor is on a different breaker's circuit from other compressors. In the rare event they both cycle on at the same time, the heavier starting load will not be all on one breaker and wiring run. It doesn't have to be a dedicated circuit for most home appliances as long as other heavy electrical loads are not on the same breaker. Motors generally are more sensitive to voltage variations than most other electrical loads. This guideline ensures less voltage drop when each compressor starts up.
