“How many leveling feet does the 7.0 cubit foot freezer come with? I just installed my new freezer and it only has leveling feet on the left hand side. Even on the lowest setting the left is still higher than the right.”

Mine has just the two leveling feet on the left side. Worked fine to level my unit. Perhaps buy some self stick level pads for your right side.
