How often do you have to de freeze this chest null

For me not very ofthen because I don't really open it as much as some people would. I tend to say depending on how much usage you get out of it depends on how often you have to defrost it.

Defrost as needed. If there is a thick coat of frost inside, you might want to defrost the unit.
