- Answer I have my freezer outside (in the shade) during summer in Lake Elsinore and it is performing well. At first, it would not get below 11-degrees, but then I set it on a pallet so the vent's air flow could better circulate, and now it is at 0-degrees. I haven't even noticed an increase in my electric bill yet.

QuestionUnpacked and plugged in. All seemed ok, until I noticed the light didn’t turn on when I opened the lid (all the way). Thought it was a bulb that needed to be replaced, but saw that it was an LED light after removing the cover. Any ideas on what to do?
