Everything works great with my surface go except the ethernet. Seems to load realtek drivers and then doesn't work. Is there another driver? null

I had the exact same issue, someone on the insignia forums found a solution so i figured i would put it here too for anyone else looking.

Go to Control Panel>Device Manager>Network Adapters> Realtek USB GbE Family Controller>(right click)Update Driver>browse my computer for additional drivers>pick from a list of available drivers>choose the first driver: Realtek USB GbE Family Controller(Microsoft)

I couldn't get driver support and ended up returning this hub to Best Buy.

Also I had the same issue with a Win10 Laptop and updating the driver as described above fixed my issue too. Thanks!
