• It should however it does state that it will sync with 8 devices. I would try to make sure the TV's are all of the same model number

• Do you mean that you have a bar area (serving drinks, etc.) with 7 Insignia TVs in it? If so, then this remote should work, but it may not be able to control all 7 of them at the same time, depending on how close the TVs are together, how far away you are from them when using this remote, and anything blocking the IR (infrared) signal this remote uses to control the TVs.
