No, it does not have a Channel Lock setting, which is a great idea, but it has something similar named Watch TV Activity, which can lock remote to STB (Set Top Box, ie. Cable TV, etc) for channel related commands and TV for volume related commands using “Combination 2” “Watch TV Activity” setup. Or you can learn all of the important Cable TV buttons to the TV device, like Channel Up & Down, Numbers 0-9, Enter, Info, etc. Since the D-Pad (4 Arrows and OK) may be handy for the TV’s menus, consider assigning Cable TV’s D-Pad buttons as follows: - Play = Arrow Up - Pause = Arrow Down - Live = Arrow Left - List = Arrow Right - Replay = OK Or whatever you like. That’s what nice about a remote that can learn IR commands.
