There are two different chargers, one has the extra USB access port(which is open and has no cover) and the other does not and has a smooth/flat top.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You shouldn't have to remove anything the ports is available right there out in the open
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You don't "open" anything on it, just plug it in to your car receptacle and into your phone.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Open what? There is nothing to open. It has a coiled lightening cord and right below where it comes out of the charger is an uncovered USB port. You must be confusing this item with something else.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Insert your USB cord into the top of the charger. Nothing to open.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The top DOES NOT OPEN!!! Simply insert any "male" USB plug into the "female" USB port. The other end of the coiled cord is the "Lightning Connector" for charging Apple products with the appropriate receptacle.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It's a pass through port. Just plug into the USB port on the end.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The tops doesn't open.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Are you talking about the auxiallary port? That port is right on the top of the unit ... The blue "on" light surrounds it. Perhaps ypu accidentally bought the version which doesn't have an auxiallary port? They look identical except for this auxiallary port. The non-auxiallary port is solid on its top with the blue "on" light taking up the whole space.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. There is USB port that is build into the end of the charger and shouldn't require opening anything to access.
