Yes. It will load the drivers from the device. If your company has a block on downloads and for some reason it won't load, one suggestion would be to load the driver onto a flash drive and take that to work and load the drivers from there. Just watch for prying eyes. ; )

I bought one of these this morning and am returning it this evening. I called their support and they actually suggested I disable my firewall during the downloads. They have to be kidding.

I just plugged it in and let it do it's thing and I have my Logitech Bluetooth Keyboard and my Samsung Grandprime Paired with it in a matter of minutes. So you shouldn't really need to download any drivers.
