A:AnswerTake it to the store and ask for assistance. Write down what they do. It's complicated. It was too much of a hassle so I returned to store for refund.
A:AnswerThe alarm clock has two buttons on top 1 and 2. You set the time for the alarm and press one button. When the alarm goes off you press the same button...You do not loose the alarm time but iif you need the alarm the next day you have to push the button again
A:AnswerI have to specifically follow the instruction manual--it is not really user friendly. Even following the manual, it takes many tries to get something to work right. I have found that it says to press a particular button---instead it should say press and hold
A:AnswerYou have to press the preset button until the hour starts blinking. Then use the up and down arrows for tuning to get the right time. Once the hour is correct, press the preset button again. The minutes will flash. Use the tuning hours again to set the minutes. Press the preset button when you're done. The preset button seems to be the key to setting various functions.
A:Answereven following the manual step by step, it still takes several tries to get something set on this clock. it is not user friendly... it says to press a button, but it doesn't say to press and hold the button which is sometimes the case
A:AnswerYou turn off the alarm in two ways. 1) If the alarm has sounded, you can press the off button on the far left top of the clock radio. That will silence the alarm for good until the next day. 2) You can turn off the alarm from never coming on again by turning off the alarm button on the far top right of the clock radio. Look at the clock radio to ensure the alarm indicator light is extinguished.
