“How do you set the time?There are no minutes and hours. My Insignia clock radio (model NS-CLOPP2) did not not come with a user guide which is supposed to be included,as stated in the box. The Insignia website does not include this model.”

You have to press the preset button until the hour starts blinking. Then use the up and down arrows for tuning to get the right time. Once the hour is correct, press the preset button again. The minutes will flash. Use the tuning hours again to set the minutes. Press the preset button when you're done. The preset button seems to be the key to setting various functions.

Please try again later.You have to unplug the unit, when you plug it back in the numbers are blinking and you can set the time by using the "tune" toggle switch to set the clock. There is a very small window for you to get this completed so know what time you are going to set it to and get to it as fast as you can. Once the hour stops blinking it lets you do the minute, again short window of time know where you are going. If you miss the blinking numbers you will need to unplug it again and then try to set it.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.We did have a basic user guide. Can't remember if it had any instructions though. We did manage to set the clock without it. We just played around with the buttons.
