• Press and hold at the same time the DPAD-left, Back (↩) and Menu (≡) buttons for at least 12 seconds. To pair the remote again, press the Home button for up to a minute. For product support, please call 1 (855) 527-2411 available from 8 am to 9 pm CT everyday.

• Need to push every button on remote to discharge any static electricity. Then unplug TV for 10 seconds. Turn on TV and push RETURN, MENU and Left Direction simultaneously. Sounds strange but it works.
