Can't say for sure, but I have a smaller LG TV on it. I think you'll be able to slide the holding bars around to fit.

I know longer have the box it came in but believe it will accommodate that size. Read the description Best Buy has.

The item description identifies the TV range for which it was designed to be 19" - 39". Although, the item is constructed well enough to support the weight of a 43" LED Flat screen with the mount anchored in wall studs. My only concern would be the reduction of flexibility in adjustment range as the 43" is above the size for which it was designed.
