My tv didn’t have side hookups. I’m too lazy to take it down to reinstall and put them on.

Good once you get everything situated

I used it with a 40-inch TV and mounted it to wood (not concrete). The installation was tricky, like every TV mount. You definitely need tools. Drill with 7/32" bit, Phillips screwdriver, a level, and a wrench for 1/2" bolts. I think that's all. I had to go out and buy a socket wrench. I was using a pliers to tighten the bolts because I couldn't find a wrench, but that didn't work out. The socket wrench was perfect. One nice thing about this mount was that it came with a variety of hardware to fit different TVs, and it had the correct stuff for my TV. I took off one star because it is hard to get level. You can get the bracket on the wall level, but it's harder to level the brackets that go on the TV. Because they have to fit many TVs, they have bigger holes that are easy to get slightly off. It's also hard to get to the input and output area on my particular TV and one time I had to unmount the TV to get a cable in. It's not the easiest to screw in the final screws either.

Hard ware doesn't fit

The hardware provided did allow the mounting brackets on the back of the TV to be flush and he spacers provided were either too long or too short. When i contacted customer support they told me they cant sent proper hardware and there's nothing they can do other than tell me to just return it but I lost the receipt and that's on me. picture provided shows the gap and that's the smallest/shortest screw provided.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Wanted to hang up my 32' inch tv in my bedroom and was looking for a mount that wasn't complicated and wasn't too expensive. The hardest part of the whole installation was finding a stud in the wall. Install took maybe all of 30 minutes from start to finish. Comes with different bolts and washers based on what the back of your tv looks like. It's lightweight and didn't have a bunch of complicated parts to figure out. You drill a hole at the top and the bottom of the plate, and then screw in the screws. It got a little tricky screwing in the bottom screw after the the top screw was in, but it worked. It got the job done and did what it said it would do, which is hold up my 32" tv.
