“Is there any way to adjust the TV once its connected to the mounting bracket in order to level the TV when it is slightly off center? The bracket is perfectly level, but the TV isn't quite square.”

This is horrible customer service. Clearly he says the bracket is perfectly level. I have the same issue. The sales person in the store said it is adjustable and another question right aboves says this is adjustable.
