QuestionAre you able to rotate the tv a full 90 degrees when the mount is fully extended? I have a 55” tv and want to be able to rotate it a full 90 degrees depending on where I’m sitting at.

QuestionThe mount is difficult to adjust tv towards wall and back out, requiring more force than preferred to push/ pull. Is it possible to reduce stiffness such as loosen Allen bolts on the arm pivots?

- Answer I have a 70" LG connected to mine. But I don't have any trouble with the full motion feature of the mount. When I purchased the TV and wall mount I also purchased the Total Tech Membership. So I was able to have the Geek Squad install mine for free, and they did a great job. I would suggest asking them for help trouble shooting. Even before I purchased my Total Tech Membership they were ALWAYS great about helping me figure out a range of different problems. I'm sorry I couldn't be more help. You may consider the Membership too. It paid for itself in the first computer repair and TV wall mount installation and TV set up.

QuestionThe tension screw seems to not work. It will only be tilted fully towards the ground. I can’t keep the tv facing straight out. Only faces downwards. Lift it up and it falls back down. Zero tension.
