Is the f12 a save as function null

in ms word f12 is "save as" - in browser it brings up page code

There seem to be some unlabeled presets for the Function keys, when used directly. To use a secondary set of functions, indicated by little icons on them (such as Calculator, Mute, etc.), one simply pushes the "Fn" key at the bottom while depressing the Function key. I don't see a way to otherwise program the Function keys.
