“AV Tech here, Recently installed several adapters across campus for new EliteBook 840 G2 laptops running Win 10. Had tickets about the adapters not working in 1 or 2 rooms. When I check they work, even with the laptops in question. Any Suggestions?”

• Check the HDMI drivers on the laptops. Just had a similar problem with my 9 month old Dell work laptop. Our IT guy had to make some kind of fix. He said that some kind of pushed software update may have screwed up the HDMI drivers. Works fine now.
