The arm on my ice maker is lowered down meaning something’s wrong with it. It’s not making ice. I have tried resetting the button and I don’t see it making ice. This is horrible.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.BB installed frig & ice maker, after 8 hrs. had 7 cubes, 12 hrs later no more. Downloaded manual which has ABSOLUTELY NO information on operating the ice maker. Found a re-set button that started the arm moving. Couple hours later had 1" frozen water in bin. BB came back and called their support which didn't know what to do. They said DON"T PRESS THE RESET BUTTON and left. 12 hrs. later had 7 cubes, after 24 hrs the ice maker started to make more ice. Now have a full bin of not stuck cubes.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.We have had nothing but problems with this ice maker ourselves. First time it didn’t make any ice at all. Best Buy then replaced it with a new one, and now that one is not making ice cubes, just solid ice. Buyer beware of this one.
