• Does not repair anything. Made the disc unplayable in one case and the other made less than a 10% difference.

• Yes, the disc repair system can be used on Wii U disc's.

• I am not familiar with this type of disc, but if it is like a DVD, Blu-Ray, or CD then yes. To make you contact the Skip Dr. manufacturer (Digital Innovations) via their website to make sure.
