Will this hook my galaxy j7 sky pro to my tv null

It doesn't appear so. There aren't many micro-hdmi devices. In my case, for Raspberry Pi 4 (only video connector supported). I do not have J7, but looks like J7 has only USB-C connector. There are USB-C to HDMI adapters, Android should support it.
