Can this keyboard be used on a smart tv null

My wife uses it with her Insignia Fire TV, and it works fine; just connect to USB port. When using a search function on an app, she just types instead of using cursor keys on the pop up keyboard. Don't know about other smart tv's, but not all the apps on a Fire TV are compatible. On the home page, the cursor keys will work, but not the keyboard itself.

No, need a wireless keyboard for that. Unless some sort of wireless usb adapter is purchased separately.

If your smart tv works with a standard USB keyboard, this should work just fine.

Yes it can and it is easy to set up.
