A:Answer That doesn't sound like a hot key problem, that sounds like a problem within the program you are typing in. Are you using Word Processing? Most word processing programs have what I call "key series" that work like this - Should you type a particular series of keys, you may erase previously typed lines, erase words up until the previous period, or even erase a full paragraph. I can't remember where to look on Word to find these, but start with Preferences and work your way through the settings. Somewhere it will tell you what the sequence or series is. And other programs will have the explanation in their "set up" or "preferences" I believe.
