Yes, we have experienced similar issue on iMac where keyboard is non-responsive. . We had to unplug and plug the keyboard USB back into the iMac when waking up the iMac from sleep. It doesn't happen every time but getting to be annoying. We are returning this keyboard and get the real Apple magic keyboard :)
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Used it in a Mac and worked fine
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I recently bought one for my Mac Mini. It is not compatible! I have the same problem, plus some key functions are not correct. Get a Mac keyboard.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The information on the Best Buy site says it will work with a Mac. The product paperwork and the insignia web site product information says this keyboard will only work with windows. II tried using it on my iMac, even after using the keyboard identification process, I'm getting all kinds of strange results. This thing is not compatible. Going to return it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have had this keyboard for about 6 months now, using it with a Mac Mini (Best Buy said it was compatible). Everything seems to work fine, except that I have to unplug & plug back in every single day. The keys will all of a sudden be unresponsive. This is the only way to get them working again.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have a macOS Big Sur, iMac (Retina 5K. I just bought an Insignia keyboard. I was having problems with using the keyboard too, regarding Copy+Paste. If you hold down the Windows' Key (next to the "Alt" key on the left side), you can use the C and V for copy and paste. I saw it by watching this guy on Youtube. He gives other overall instructions on how to adjust a Windows' keyboard to Mac: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HK58mMcncD4&ab_channel=HeadlessCreator
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Same problem! It works when first plugged in. After a while, it stops working. Most of the time I can unplug and replug into the USB port on my Mac Mini, but sometimes even that will not solve the problem. There are other key-function issues also. Definitely NOT Mac compatible! Get a Mac keyboard.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Have had zero issues with this while using with my MacBook
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I can't figure out how to copy & paste with this keyboard connected to my 27" iMac. I've tried going into settings, verifying keys, using the windows button, the control button, even the alt with C, and then with V. Not working. Hope someone can chime in and explain how to use the keyboard with an iMac. I still have the box here, and only used 3 days now, but if can't figure this out by this coming weekend, I'm returning mine. It needs this basic function, and doesn't seem to have it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Sorry I can’t help as I don’t have a Mac other than a MacBook Pro laptop.
